Refund policy

At Glow Latina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period
Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free for approved returns.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to Glow Latina.
